About Scott Bethel

Retired General

Scott Bethel is the President and CEO of IntegrityISR and serves as Senior Vice President for International and Intelligence Training Programs at JMark Services. A retired United States Air Force brigadier general, he brings 27 years of leadership experience in intelligence, cyber operations, kinetic targeting, unmanned systems, and education. As a strategic expert in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Mr. Bethel focuses on enhancing ISR and cyber training programs for both U.S. and international partners.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Bethel has worked with a range of organizations, including SAP National Security Services, Fairfax National Security Solutions, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, and Raytheon. His international collaborations span countries such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Poland, and Mexico, among others. A recognized thought leader, he has extensively published on ISR systems, cyber strategy, and modernization efforts.

On active duty, Mr. Bethel served as Vice Commander of the Air Force ISR Agency, overseeing intelligence operations and training. He also commanded the 17th Training Wing at Goodfellow Air Force Base, responsible for the initial training of all Air Force intelligence personnel. He holds a master’s degree in strategic intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College and a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Northern Illinois University.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Bethel is a Professor at Angelo State University and serves on various academic and professional boards.
